Shipping policy

At Pluto’s Pure Delights, we want to make getting our treats a breeze for you and your pup. Here’s how we handle shipping:

• Local Delivery: We offer free local delivery within 30km radius (York region / Toronto area) on orders over $38! For smaller orders, there’s a $5 delivery fee.
• Canada-Wide Shipping: We’re happy to offer free shipping across Canada on orders over $65. For smaller orders, there’s a flat $15 shipping fee.
•  Processing Time: Since all our treats are lovingly handmade, please allow 3-5 days for us to prepare your order before it ships.
• Delivery Times: Local orders typically arrive within 2-3 days, and Canada-wide shipping generally takes 5-7 days, depending on where you’re located.
