Shipping policy
At Pluto’s Pure Delights, we want to make getting our treats a breeze for you and your pup. Here’s how we handle shipping:
- Local Delivery: We offer free local delivery within a 30 km radius (York Region/Toronto area) on orders over $65. For orders under $65, there is a $5 delivery fee.
- Canada-Wide Shipping: We offer free shipping across Canada on orders over $95. For orders under $95, there is a $15 flat shipping fee.
- Remote & Rural Destinations: Our standard shipping rates apply to most Canadian addresses. Some remote or rural destinations may incur significantly higher carrier charges. In these cases, an additional shipping charge may apply. We will always contact you before shipping your order, and you may choose to approve the additional charge or cancel your order for a full refund.
- Processing Time: Since our treats are handmade in small batches, please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your order before shipping.
- Delivery Times: Local orders typically arrive within 2–3 days. Canada-wide orders generally arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping; remote destinations may take longer.
