We source our ingredients from trusted, high-quality suppliers who prioritize safety and freshness, ensuring every bite is packed with wholesome proteins and vegetables your furry friend will love.

How should I store the treats, and how long do they last?

To keep your treats fresh, store them in a cool, dry place and reseal the bag or use an airtight container once opened. For longer freshness, you can refrigerate or freeze them. Unopened, our treats last 3-6 months, and once opened, they’re best enjoyed within 30 days. Always check for signs of spoilage to ensure they’re safe for your pup.

Do you offer treats for dogs with allergies or picky eaters?

Yes! Many of our single-ingredient treats, like sardines, lamb tripe, and pork liver, are great for dogs with allergies, especially if they need alternatives to common proteins like chicken or beef. For picky eaters, our “Waggy Chimken Veggie Sticks,” made with chicken and vegetables like broccoli, carrot, and purple cabbage, are a flavorful option. Plus, our dehydrated treats not only satisfy your dog’s cravings but also help clean their teeth naturally as they chew.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We’re excited to deliver our treats across Canada! Since all of our treats are lovingly made in small batches to ensure top quality and freshness, please allow 3-5 days for us to prepare your order. Once your treats are on their way, they typically arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on where you are. We’ll send you tracking details so you can follow their journey to your doorstep!

For our wonderful local customers (York Region/Toronto), we’re happy to offer delivery within a 30km radius. If your order is over $38, local delivery is on us! For smaller orders, there’s just a $5 delivery fee. You can check if we deliver to your area at checkout. And for our friends across Canada, enjoy free shipping on orders over $65!

Can I return or exchange treats?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to make it right.
